The Village Hall

Appleby Village Hall built in 1850, once the Junior School until it’s closure in the early 80’s, plays an important role in the village community. It is also home of the Millennium Tapestry, a beautifully stitched memorial of the village created to celebrate 2000.
The Playing Field, adjacent, now has some exciting play equipment . . . . unfortunately only for use by children!
